3D Christian Fish
A river bed, a shimmering water surface, rocks and stumps drifting past, and shiny chrome fish symbols swimming upstream while music plays.
This is a rebuild, not a recording. We could not get VRMan's original program to draw on Windows 11, so this scene was made from the original models and textures. The camera, motion and layout are our interpretation.
Music: the three MP3 tracks that shipped inside the original program (“DAD1”, “dad2” and “Nyce1”). They play one after another when you press the button.
Screenshots

From VRMan's files: the fish model (cfishc.x) and its chrome texture, the two rock models, the stump and the branch, the river bed and water surface pictures, the bubble pictures, and the music.
Our guesses: how the fish move, the camera path, where the rocks go, the water colour and fog, and how fast the river runs. The original program is written in DarkBASIC Pro, and we could not recover its code. If you remember how it looked, tell us and we will correct this.
URL options for testing: ?t=12 freezes the scene at 12 seconds; ?a=1.5 fixes the camera angle.
The original Windows installer from the Internet Archive is on the home page: VRManChristianFishScreensaver.msi (11.4 MB). It did not run on our Windows 11 test machine.
